Office Fitout - Project Detail
The office fitout was delivered by Intelligent Living over a 12 week construction period, enabling Swaab Attorneys to occupy their premise ahead of the lease expiry.
A suite of new legal offices were created with glazed glass partitioning and bespoke joinery. In addition, to stylish offices for the legal partners, the entire environment required new custom workstations, office furniture. electrials, air conditioning, lighting, power and data circuits.
Operable walls were widely used to divide/partition areas throughout the office. While multiple breakout areas and kitchens ensured the office was welcoming and functional.
