• EcoLibrium looks at another project from Sustainability Victoria’s commercial office building energy innovation initiative (COBEII) this month. VicUrban’s new Melbourne office sets new standards for quality office fitouts in Victoria. Design features are combined to optimise productivity and put environmental, social and economic sustainability into practice. This philosophy and approach to the fitout aligns closely with VicUrban’s corporate approach to its property development activities.
